The Directorate of Procurement and Contracts is responsible for managing all the procurement and proposal by tender functions of the Agency in line with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2011 as amended in 2016. The Directorate is also responsible as a Secretariat of the TANROADS Headquarters Tender Board. The functions of the Directorate are spread over its three departments namely:

• Procurement of Government Funded Projects section,
• Procurement of Development Partners Funded Project Project section
• Contracts Control section.
